NSP Scholarship 2024-25 Application Process
The NSP platform simplifies the entire application process by offering a single window for various scholarships. Here’s how to apply:
i) Registration
1. Visit the official NSP website (www.scholarships.gov.in).
2. Click on the ‘New Registration’ button.
3. Read the guidelines carefully and proceed by clicking on the ‘Continue’ button.
4. Fill in basic information such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
ii) Filling the Application Form
1. Once registered, log in using your credentials.
2. Select the scholarship scheme you wish to apply for.
3. Fill in the required details, such as academic information, family income, and institutional details.
iii) Document Upload
Upload all necessary documents in the prescribed format. Common documents include:
- Aadhar card
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Bank account details
- Proof of previous academic qualification
iv) Submission
After ensuring all details are correctly filled, submit the form. You will receive an acknowledgment with a unique application ID for tracking the application status.
v) Verification and Approval
After submission, the institution verifies the application and forwards it to the respective authority. The scholarship amount is credited directly to the student’s bank account upon approval.
